Product Description:
The 4FZ-1.5 self-propelled tomato harvester is one of the first domestically developed tomato harvesting machines in China, independently designed and manufactured by our company in 2024, filling a gap in the domestic market. After multiple rounds of harvesting tests, the machine has demonstrated a harvesting capacity of up to 85 tons per hour, with an impurity rate of only 2% and a damage rate of 1.3%. All technical performance indicators have reached the advanced level of comparable international products.
☆ The entire machine adopts a frame-type structure, with all key components made of high-strength materials, ensuring robustness and reliability. The machine supports up to 500 mm lateral movement and is equipped with an automatic leveling system, providing excellent operational stability.
☆ Cameras and lighting systems are installed in critical areas such as conveying and unloading, making operation and maintenance more convenient and safer.
☆ The deluxe cab is equipped with air conditioning and a heating system. The control interface is intuitive and user-friendly, with clearly defined functional zones for simpler operation.
☆ Powered by a high-performance Cummins engine and featuring an active reverse-blow cooling system, the machine significantly improves heat dissipation for both the engine and hydraulic system, ensuring more stable operation.

☆ Conveyor belt speed is hydraulically and infinitely adjustable, and the idler rollers feature an anti-wrapping design, effectively improving conveying efficiency and extending service life.
☆ The fruit–vine separation mechanism has a more balanced weight distribution, and the vibrating rods are made of improved new materials, reducing fruit damage, ensuring smooth operation, and simplifying maintenance.
☆ A sensing device is added to the upper cover of the vibration separation section, further enhancing operational and maintenance safety.
☆ A dual-channel color-sorting system equipped with advanced control software offers a sorting finger frequency of up to 35 cycles per second and a conveyor belt speed of up to 70 m/min, delivering powerful sorting performance.
