On July 17, a technical exchange meeting on the R&D of green processing technologies and equipment for high-efficiency dust removal and waste heat recovery was successfully held at the company. Chen Ge, Vice President of Donghua University, led a delegation to visit the company for technical exchanges. Wang Xinting, Chairman and General Manager of the company, attended the symposium, accompanied by Gao Haiqiang, Deputy General Manager.

The research team first conducted an on-site inspection of the production workshop, observing the manufacturing and operational status of the complete set of cotton processing equipment. Focusing on prominent industry pain points such as material adhesion and waste heat recovery efficiency during cotton processing, they engaged in face-to-face discussions with on-site technicians.

Following the field research, both parties held a dedicated symposium. Chairman and General Manager Wang Xinting first introduced the company's development overview and reported on the current progress of the project. Participants from Donghua University shared their theoretical research on fiber-dust separation mechanisms and dust removal systems, presenting cutting-edge research findings in areas such as CFD simulation and filter media optimization. Deputy General Manager Gao Haiqiang outlined technical challenges in equipment industrialization, including equipment compatibility and system noise reduction, and proposed key research directions such as intelligent ash cleaning, dust-lint recovery, and high-efficiency waste heat utilization. Both parties then discussed feasible solutions to these issues one by one.

The two sides reached multiple collaborative consensus. The company will provide equipment operational and on-site data support, while Donghua University will optimize flow field simulation models to improve equipment performance. The university and the enterprise will jointly tackle key technologies such as anti-adhesion for filter bags and intelligent dynamic ash cleaning, build an online dust monitoring platform, and carry out demonstration applications relying on the company's production line in Xinjiang. Together, they aim to fulfill assessment tasks related to air volume, emission reduction, energy conservation, and patents.

This in-depth alignment between the university and enterprise research teams has built a bridge for long-term cooperation. Through industry-university-research integration, it realizes the complementary advantages of scientific research and industrial resources, laying a solid foundation for the company's technological upgrading and the green, intelligent transformation of the cotton processing industry. Moving forward, the company will fully leverage its industrial strengths and continue to drive the high-quality development of the cotton processing industry through technological innovation.
