ACFSMC Vice Chairman Xu Guanghong Visits Swan Shares for Research
On June 23, Xu Guanghong, a member of the Leading Party Members Group and Vice Chairman of the Council of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (ACFSMC), led a delegation to investigate the technological innovation and business development of Swan Shares. Wang Xinting, Chairman and General Manager of Swan Shares, reported on the company’s complete sets of cotton processing equipment, business layout, core technology breakthroughs, and market expansion.
During the visit, Xu Guanghong toured the production workshops and product exhibition hall to gain a first-hand understanding of the company’s R&D and manufacturing capabilities. As a time-honored brand in cotton processing equipment, Swan Shares has been expanding forward and backward across the entire cotton industry chain in recent years. After more than a decade of continuous innovation and iteration, its six-row self-propelled cotton pickers now match international brands in both harvesting efficiency and stability. The company’s continuously upgraded 60-bale intelligent production line, equipped with an AI image-recognition foreign fiber cleaning system, achieves a removal rate of over 99%. This has effectively improved the quality of Xinjiang cotton and helped boost the quality and efficiency of the cotton processing business within the supply and marketing cooperative system. Additionally, its grain drying towers are positioned in the high-end, differentiated market segment. With energy consumption reduced by 50%, they enable low-temperature, slow drying that preserves the natural sun-dried quality of raw grains, providing strong support for the grain service system of the supply and marketing cooperatives.
